Just one clear, front-on photo in good light — a normal phone snap is perfect. We turn it into a beautifully illustrated character and show you before anything is printed.
What age is it for?
Loved from babies to around 8. Little ones adore being read it at bedtime; older children love reading their own adventure aloud.
How much does it cost?
The book is £29 at our launch price, with free UK delivery included. Creating their character and previewing the book costs nothing — you only pay when you’re happy and ready to print.
How long does it take?
Most books are printed, bound and posted within a few days — on your shelf in about a week, gift-wrapped and ready to give.
Is my child’s photo safe?
Yes. Your photo is used only to illustrate your child’s character — never shared, never used for AI training, and deleted from our systems within 30 days (sooner if you ask). Read the full promise on our photo safety page.
What if we don’t love it?
You approve the cover and key pages before anything prints — request free changes or cancel for a full refund right up to that moment. And if it arrives damaged or with a printing fault, we’ll reprint or refund it, your choice.
