Free UK delivery on every order
How long it takes
- Writing, illustrating & checking: your book is created and hand-checked, usually within 48 hours of your approval.
- Printing & binding: each book is printed on demand on thick matte 200gsm paper.
- At your door: typically 5–7 working days from order, anywhere in the UK. Delivery is free.
Need it for a birthday? Hardcover orders join the priority printing queue — and if you're cutting it fine, email us and we'll do our best.
Tracking your book
Your order confirmation email contains a private link to your live order page — it shows every stage, from "being written" to "in the post", and your parcel tracking number once it ships. Can't find the email? Check spam for hello@tinytale.co.uk, or contact us with the name on the order and we'll resend it.
Returns & refunds
Every book is personalised — made for one child, unsellable to anyone else — so standard retail returns don't apply once it's printed. Instead:
- Before printing: you preview the cover and key pages, request free changes, and can cancel any time for a full refund. Nothing goes to press without your approval.
- After printing: because each book is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind — that's standard for personalised products.
- Damaged in transit or a printing fault: send us a photo and we'll reprint and resend free, or refund you — your choice. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
International delivery
We currently deliver within the UK. If you'd love a Tinytale book elsewhere, email us — we keep a list and will let you know the moment we ship to you.
